Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort



Developed on 769 hectares (1 900 acres), the ski resort encompasses 2 500 horizontal and vertical condominiums, more than 26 000 m² (280 000 sq. feet) of commercial spaceand a string of sports and leisure installations including 2 golf courses and 92 ski runs.

Since the acquisition of the Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort by Intrawest in 1991, MPMAG has proven itself to be an important partner in the survey aspects of that real estate development. Examples are: servitudes and easements, cadastral compilations, more than 30 construction projects and the layout of various buildings, ski lifts, golf courses, etc..

Worth close to 60 million dollars, the Casino is on the Versant Soleil. MPMAG has produced the plans for its site acquisition and the easements required. We also laid-out the axes and structures of this impressive 6500 m² (70000 sq. foot) building. Precision is key.
